Privacy for quote requests and calls
Effective September 27, 2026. Here is what the Waco Junk Removal Guide collects from the quote form and from calls. It also says who sees a request, how long it stays, and how to remove it.
What the quote form collects
The quote form has four fields you fill in. They take your first name, a callback number, an area from the list, and the job itself. Two technical fields travel with them. One is a hidden field that a person never sees and that should arrive empty, because automated spam tends to fill it in. The other notes when the page was opened. A form sent within three seconds of opening is refused as automated.
The server that receives the form also sees the IP address it came from. It uses that address to limit repeated sends to six in ten minutes. Separately, ordinary web server logs record each page visit. They hold the IP address, page, browser, and time, for about two weeks.
Calls to the number on this site
An automated assistant picks up when you phone the number at the top. It asks about the job. It opens each call by saying the call may be recorded. Calls may be recorded, and every call is transcribed. That transcript becomes your request. Saved with it are the details the assistant pulls out: the need, area, timing, first name, and callback number.
Who sees a request
Form or call, your request goes to the independent local contractor answering it. That is how they are able to call you back. The phone line and the automated assistant are run by outside services, which process calls for us. Your details are used to answer the request and to keep a record of it. They are not used for advertising.
How long it is kept
There is no fixed expiry date. A request, its call recording, and its transcript stay on file while they are needed. That means answering the request and keeping a record of the Waco referral. You can have them deleted sooner, as the next section explains.
Deleting your details
In the Items and access box of the quote form, write “Delete my details” and the phone number you used, then send it. The other form fields are required as usual. You can also call the number on this page and ask. Either way, the request, recording, and transcript held for that number are deleted.
No tracking on these pages
The site runs no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party scripts, or tracking cookies. Its fonts and scripts are served from the site itself, so opening a page here contacts no one else. Links to City pages and other official sources take you off this site. Those sites keep their own privacy practices.
