What to put in the form

Start with the job. Name the main items, give a rough count of bags or boxes, and flag anything heavy or awkward, such as a refrigerator or a pile of tile. Then describe the access: stairs, gates, elevators, and how far the load sits from where a truck can stop.

What happens after you send it

Your request is passed to an independent local contractor. They call you back on the number you gave. On that call they confirm availability, the scope, access, disposal, and the final price. Sending the form books nothing; the appointment is set between you and the contractor once you agree.
