Junk removal planning for Bellmead
Decide whether the load belongs to a household or a business before choosing a disposal path. That distinction matters more than how ordinary the items look.
Confirm the franchise question first
Bellmead’s waste page identifies Frontier Waste Solutions as its exclusive franchise provider and states that other waste providers are prohibited. Book Wednesday brush and bulky collection in time
Residential trash runs Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. Brush and bulky collection is scheduled for Wednesday, with requests due by Monday at 3 p.m. The published allowance is up to four cubic yards per week. Brush must be bundled in pieces under four feet and bundles under 50 pounds; ask Frontier about approved charges for excess volume.
Keep the cart and bulky setout distinct
Put regular bagged waste inside the cart, with the lid closed, by 7 a.m. Keep four feet of clearance from cars, mailboxes, and other carts. A pile beside the cart is not ordinary cart collection. When booking brush or bulk, confirm the exact curbside placement and leave the pickup approach unobstructed rather than guessing from a neighbor’s pile.
The City lists construction and demolition debris, automotive waste or parts, dirt, concrete, rock, gravel, hazardous waste, and dead animals over ten pounds among excluded materials. Overloaded carts and ordinary waste outside the cart are also rejected. A garage cleanup can mix several of these categories, so identify them before requesting collection.
Describe the work without assuming a disposal route
For a household job, use the garage sorting checklist to separate furniture, tools, liquids, and dense debris. Note steps, gates, and the distance from the pile to a lawful loading spot. Do not put unknown chemicals into bags or mix masonry into a brush bundle.
